Jim Hauer has been playing guitar since 1965 and has played in various jazz, folk, blues and rock bands in Chicago and throughout Iowa. At the University of Illinois, Jim performed in several concert bands and ensembles on various wind and string instruments and still continues to explore these interests.
He is currently an active bassist playing with the St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Cedar Rapids, IA.
All the music below is original, recorded at the Platypus Records recording suite (Jim’s basement) with everything played by Jim Hauer or using available (legal) loops.
